Coronavirus,144 deaths & 5,870 new cases reported during last 24 hours

As many as 144 more deaths were reported across the country during the last 24 hours.

According to the data available with the National Command and Operation Centre (NCOC), 5,870 new infections were reported during the said period and the positivity ratio remained at 10.90 percent.

The death toll due to pandemic has now reached 16,842 and there are now 84,976 active cases in the country. The condition of 59 patients is stated to be critical.

There are 275,815 cases in Sindh, 110,875 in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, 282,469 in Punjab 72,150 in Islamabad, 21,365 in Balochistan, 16,193 in Azad Jammu and Kashmir and 5,241 in Gilgit-Baltistan.
